By using the services of QuikPhyt Gym, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully:

1. Rights to Admission Reserved

QuikPhyt Gym reserves the right to refuse admission or membership to anyone at our sole discretion. All memberships are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

2. Respect for Others

We expect all members to treat others with respect, including fellow gym-goers and staff. Please follow all safety guidelines and maintain a welcoming, supportive environment for all individuals.

3. Prohibited Substances

For the safety and comfort of all members, paan, gutkha, smoking, alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicated individuals are strictly prohibited on gym premises. Anyone found in violation of this rule may be asked to leave without a refund.

4. Proper Gym Attire & Hygiene

All members must wear appropriate gym attire at all times. Please maintain proper hygiene by using a towel to wipe down equipment after use. This ensures the gym remains clean and comfortable for all members.

5. Equipment Responsibility

Members are expected to handle all equipment with care. After use, please ensure weights are re-racked properly and return any items to their designated places. During peak hours, please respect time limits on equipment to allow other members the opportunity to use it.

• Non-Refundable Payments
  All payments for gym memberships, sessions, or packages are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Non-Transferable Memberships
  Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be used by or assigned to another person.

• Appointment Rescheduling
  If, for any reason, an appointment scheduled by QuikPhyt cannot be fulfilled due to an issue on our end (e.g., staffing or scheduling conflicts), we will notify you promptly. In such cases, your appointment will be rescheduled at a future date, as mutually convenient for both you and us.

• No-Show and Cancellations
  If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session may be forfeited. To avoid this, please inform us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
